Service & Maintenance engineers are responsible for the maintenance and correction of products that have been sold. As a Service & Maintenance engineer, you will be required to install new equipment, conduct routine maintenance, and troubleshoot equipment faults on site. Service & Maintenance engineers are often the ones who interact with customers to provide information and procedures to address the inquiries, concerns and requests to their products and services.
Experience of working with customers related to Manufacturing Industry & Government dealing Engineering Product.
Requires product application knowledge for Flame Proof Material/ MS Panel/switchgear (ACB s, MCCB s Control Products, switchboards, circuit breaker components, and/or motor control centers as well as working knowledge of the electrical industry.
Job Description
The Purchase Executive will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring electrical components, raw materials, and consumables required for production. The role involves vendor management, cost control, timely procurement, and coordination with production, stores, and quality departments.
Responsibilities :
· Procurement & Sourcing
· Identify, source, and procure electrical components such as cables, wires, switches, MCBs, relays, transformers, motors, control panel accessories, etc
· Prepare RFQs, compare quotations, and finalize suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery.
· Develop alternative vendors to ensure competitive pricing and timely availability.
· Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers.
· Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, delivery timelines, and cost.
· Conduct vendor audits and ensure compliance with company standards.

Purchase Operations
Ø Create purchase orders (PO) in Tally – prime.
Ø Follow up on order acknowledgments and dispatch schedules.
Ø Ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid production delays.
Costing & Negotiation
Ø Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and credit terms.
Ø Track market trends, changes in raw material pricing, and competitor rates.
Ø Assist in building annual purchase budgets and cost-saving plans.
Coordination & Documentation
Ø Coordinate with production, planning, stores, and quality teams for material requirements.
Ø Verify GRN, invoices, and resolve discrepancies with accounts.
Ø Maintain updated purchase records, vendor lists, and rate contracts
Compliance & Quality
Ø Ensure all materials meet quality standards and technical specifications.
Ø Work with the QA team for inspection and rejection management.
Ø Ensure purchases comply with company policies and statutory requirements.
Required Skills
Ø Strong knowledge of electrical components, industrial hardware, and manufacturing materials.
Ø Good negotiation and analytical skills.
Ø Experience in TallyPrime.
Ø Strong communication and vendor-handling abilities.
Ø Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple procurement tasks.

Preferred Experience
Ø Experience in LV/MV panel manufacturing, switchgear manufacturing, transformer industry, or any electrical equipment production environment.
Ø Knowledge of BOM, drawings, and technical specifications
Salary Range
As per industry standards (can be customized based on location and experience).

· Any Graduation with 2- 4 years of Experience
