We are looking for an experienced and responsible Construction Project Manager to manage and supervise project execution at the site. The Project Manager will be responsible for overall project planning, site coordination, manpower management, quality control, cost management, safety, and timely completion of construction activities.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills, along with good knowledge of construction methods, drawings, specifications, and site management.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and execute construction projects from start to completion.
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is progressing according to the approved project schedule.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Review construction drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project requirements.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, milestones, and work programs.
- Manage manpower, materials, equipment, and other site resources effectively.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, material consumption, and wastage.
- Coordinate with procurement and stores teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Supervise and monitor contractors and subcontractors for productivity and quality.
- Identify delays, technical issues, and site constraints and take appropriate corrective action.
- Conduct regular site meetings and progress review meetings.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety rules, procedures, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate inspections, testing, approvals, and quality control activities.
- Manage variations, additional works, and site-related commercial matters.
- Maintain proper project documentation, records, approvals, and site instructions.
- Coordinate snag rectification, testing, commissioning, and project handover.
- Ensure the project is completed within the approved time, cost, quality, and safety requirements
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
