As we scale our client base across India, the UAE, Germany, and Australia, we are looking for a driven IT Sales Manager who can confidently sell transformative AI and technology solutions to enterprise and mid-market decision-makers.

Compensation: ₹6–9 LPA Fixed + 15–30% Performance-Based Variable (On-Target Earnings: ₹9–12 LPA). Exceptional candidates with a proven track record of closing high-value technology deals may be considered for a higher compensation package based on experience and demonstrated performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue & Pipeline Ownership
- Own individual revenue targets across all three Nexus service lines: NeXus.AI, NeXus.Labs, and NeXus.Build.
- Build and manage a consistent, high-quality sales pipeline through outbound prospecting (LinkedIn, cold outreach, email campaigns), referrals, events, and partnerships.
- Maintain accurate pipeline stages, deal values, and forecasts in the CRM at all times.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual new business targets.
Consultative Selling & Deal Closure
- Lead structured discovery conversations to understand each prospect’s operational gaps, technology challenges, and transformation aspirations.
- Map business problems to the right Nexus solution—whether that's an AI agent, a technology roadmap, a custom software product, or resource augmentation.
- Collaborate with Nexus's product managers, AI consultants, and technical leads to craft tailored proposals, scope documents, and commercial presentations.
- Handle end-to-end deal cycles from first contact through discovery, proposal, negotiation, and signed agreement.
- Position Nexus on value and ROI—shorter timelines, ownership of IP, senior delivery team—rather than competing on price.
Industry & Market Development
- Drive new client acquisition across Nexus's target industries: Industrial & Manufacturing, Engineering & High-Tech, Healthcare, Real Estate, and Education.
- Engage CXOs, IT Heads, Operations Leaders, and Procurement decision-makers at mid-market and enterprise organizations.
- Support international market expansion in UAE, Germany, and Australia in coordination with the founding team.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within active client accounts (e.g., moving a Build client into AI consulting).
Partnerships & Ecosystem Building
- Identify and develop referral partnerships with complementary agencies, consulting firms, and technology integrators.
- Represent Olio Nexus at industry events, tech conferences, startup forums, and B2B networking sessions.
- Contribute to sales content, including case study inputs, proposal templates, pitch decks, and objection-handling playbooks.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 4–6 years of B2B sales experience in IT services, technology consulting, AI solutions, SaaS, software development, or managed IT services.
- Demonstrated track record of closing complex, high-value technology deals with mid-market or enterprise clients.
- Working knowledge of AI and automation concepts, with the ability to credibly discuss AI agents, workflow automation, and digital transformation with technical buyers.
- Familiarity with software and app development lifecycles, managed IT services, and resource augmentation (staffing) models.
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles with 1–6 month deal timelines involving CXOs, IT Heads, and operational leaders.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to diagnose business problems before pitching solutions.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar for pipeline management and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, IT, or a related field.
What Will Set You Apart
- Prior experience selling AI consulting, automation, or digital transformation services (not just software development).
- Ability to understand and articulate technical differentiation—for example, why owning your IP matters, what AI agents actually do, and how fixed-sprint delivery reduces risk.
- Existing network in Manufacturing, Engineering, Healthcare, Real Estate, or High-Tech sectors in India or the UAE.
- Experience with international sales, especially in the UAE or European markets.
- Ability to independently write compelling proposals and commercial presentations without heavy pre-sales support.
- Familiarity with technology roadmap selling and change management advisory contexts.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
