About Job Role:
The Human Resources (HR) professional is responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment, performance management, training, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The role supports organizational growth by maintaining a positive work environment and effective workforce management.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Recruitment & Staffing: Identify hiring needs and prepare job descriptions Post job openings and screen candidates Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring processes Onboard new employees
2. Employee Relations: Maintain healthy employee-employer relationships Handle employee grievances and conflicts Promote a positive workplace culture
3. Payroll & Compensation: Manage employee salaries, benefits, and incentives Ensure timely payroll processing Maintain compensation records
4. Training & Development: Identify training needs Organize workshops and development programs Support employee career growth
5. Performance Management: Monitor employee performance Conduct performance appraisals Assist in setting KPIs and goals
6. Compliance & Policies: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations Develop and update HR policies Maintain employee records and documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
Organizational and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office
Preferred Skills:
Experience in recruitment and employee engagement
Leadership and decision-making abilities
