Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Network Engineer with 2–4 years of experience to manage, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with LAN/WAN, routing, switching, firewalls, and network security while ensuring high availability and performance of the organization's IT network.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN networks.
- Install, configure, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues.
- Configure and troubleshoot VLANs, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, and VPN.
- Perform network upgrades, firmware updates, and preventive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot network outages and provide timely resolution.
- Coordinate with ISPs for internet connectivity and leased line issues.
- Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and inventory.
- Ensure network security through firewall policies and access controls.
- Support end users for network-related issues.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, NAT, and VPN.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco, HPE/Aruba, Juniper, or similar networking devices.
- Experience managing firewalls such as Fortinet, Sophos, SonicWall, or Palo Alto.
- Basic understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Networking certifications such as CCNA, CCNP (preferred), or equivalent will be an added advantage.

- Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
