Ecommerce Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Ecommerce Executive to oversee and manage online sales operations, marketplace performance, digital product listings, customer experience, and order management. The candidate will be responsible for increasing online sales, improving brand visibility, managing ecommerce platforms, and coordinating with marketing, warehouse, and customer support teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day ecommerce operations across website and marketplaces
- Handle product listings, pricing, inventory updates, and catalog management
- Monitor online sales performance and prepare reports
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for timely order fulfillment
- Manage promotions, discounts, and online campaigns
- Improve customer experience and resolve customer issues
- Analyze website traffic, sales trends, and conversion rates
- Work with digital marketing team for SEO, ads, and social media campaigns
- Ensure accurate stock synchronization across platforms
- Handle returns, refunds, and order tracking processes
- Monitor competitor pricing and market trends
- Maintain marketplace accounts such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho if applicable
Required Skills
- Knowledge of ecommerce platforms and marketplaces

- Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing
- Excel / Google Sheets proficiency
- Communication and coordination skills
- Analytical and problem-solving ability
- Ability to manage multiple products and orders efficiently
- Minimum 5 years experinece mandatory of managing ecom portals
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field
- Experience in ecommerce, online sales, or marketplace management
- Knowledge of tools like:
- Microsoft Excel

- Shopify
- WooCommerce

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
