About the role This is a cross-functional oversight role — track progress across Growth, Operations, and HR/other intern teams, flag blockers early, and give the founder a single, reliable status view instead of chasing five people separately.
Responsibilities
- Run regular check-ins with each intern/team lead (Growth, Ops, HR, content) to track deliverables and deadlines
- Consolidate weekly status into one report/dashboard for the founder — wins, blockers, decisions needed
- Spot cross-team dependencies and misalignment before they become delays
- Own task tracking (Notion/Sheets/Trello — whatever's in use) and keep it current
- Escalate only what genuinely needs founder input; resolve routine coordination independently
Requirements
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills — this role lives and dies by whether things actually get tracked
- Comfortable giving direct, concise status updates (no fluff)
- Prior experience leading a team/project (college fest, startup, club) preferred
- Trustworthy with sensitive/early-stage company information
Nice to have
- Prior startup or operations internship experience
- Basic fluency with project management tools
