Lakeer (run by Paras Paper Mart) is a fast-growing Indian D2C stationery and lifestyle brand. We sell on Amazon, Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, and our own website lakeer.in. We're a 12-person team, scaling fast across categories and channels.
About the role
We're hiring 2 Amazon Ads Executives (Freshers) to work directly under our two senior Amazon Ads leads, each with 10+ years of Amazon experience. You will learn the craft of Amazon advertising from people who do it at a high level every day: keyword harvesting, campaign building, bid optimization, Brand Analytics, and listing optimization.
This is a structured 6-month learning role. You start by shadowing and reporting, and progressively take ownership of execution work. By Month 6, you'll independently run assigned campaign portfolios and have a clear specialization path.
What you'll do
- Pull and analyze daily/weekly Amazon Ads campaign reports (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display)
- Help prepare Amazon bulk operations files: keyword files, negative keyword files, bid changes, campaign restructures
- Run search term harvesting and keyword segmentation workflows on a weekly cadence
- Conduct campaign hygiene audits: spot wasted spend, irrelevant search terms, low-CTR keywords
- Maintain trackers for campaign performance, keyword performance, and SKU-level performance
- Read Amazon Brand Analytics and Amazon Pi reports and extract actionable insights
- Support listing audits and listing optimization workflows
- Over time: take ownership of full bid and budget execution on assigned campaign portfolios
Must-haves
- Graduate in any stream (commerce, marketing, or analytics preferred)
- Strong Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills, comfortable with VLOOKUP, pivot tables, filters, and basic formulas
- Sharp attention to detail — this role involves large spreadsheets where one wrong row can break a campaign
- Comfortable with numbers, ratios, and percentages
- English reading and writing skills (Hindi conversational is a plus)
- Willingness to learn a deeply technical craft over 6 months
Nice-to-haves
- Prior exposure to Amazon Seller Central (even via an internship or freelance project)
- Basic understanding of e-commerce or digital advertising terms (ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC)
- Experience running your own social media page, side project, or selling anything online

Pay: ₹13,000 – ₹18,000 per month
