Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Showroom Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Kondotty branch. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, sales management experience, and the ability to ensure smooth showroom functioning while achieving business targets.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage overall showroom operations efficiently.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
- Supervise and motivate showroom staff for better performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and grooming standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- Maintain proper stock coordination and showroom display standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with management regarding showroom performance and operational requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to improve sales conversion.
- Support promotional activities and showroom marketing initiatives.

Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in showroom management, retail sales, or related field.
