- Perform quality inspections of pipes and fittings as per standards.
- Ensure products are free from casting and surface defects and meet specified quality standards.
- Conduct hydrostatic testing, evaluate results, and ensure repair, retesting, or rejection as per acceptance criteria.
- Verify product markings, process parameters, and shift-wise inspection records for compliance.
- Maintain quality records, daily NCRs, and update ERP with production and rejection data.
- Analyze rejections, conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement corrective and preventive actions with required approvals.
- Coordinate with production and other departments to ensure process compliance and quality improvement.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality systems, and inter-departmental quality checks.
- Promote workplace organization through 3S implementation and drive continuous improvement by implementing at least two Kaizen initiatives per month.
- Perform quality inspection responsibilities in the absence of the Manager – QC, as required.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
