Job Title: EDI Enrollment Specialist

About the Role:We are seeking a detail-oriented EDI Enrollment Specialist with hands-on experience working with the Inovalon Clearinghouse to manage electronic data interchange (EDI) enrollment processes. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of EDI transactions, payer enrollment procedures, and healthcare clearinghouse operations. This role ensures smooth onboarding and ongoing compliance of providers and clients within EDI systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end EDI enrollment process for healthcare providers and payers with the Inovalon Clearinghouse.
- Prepare and submit EDI enrollment requests and required documentation accurately and timely.
- Track and monitor enrollment status, resolving any issues or rejections with clearinghouses or payers.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of EDI standards (X12 837, 835, 270/271, 276/277) and payer-specific requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Product Development, Billing, Credentialing) to ensure seamless EDI integration and onboarding.
- Provide support and guidance to clients/providers regarding EDI setup and compliance.
- Document processes, maintain accurate records, and generate reports on enrollment metrics.
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in EDI enrollment or healthcare clearinghouse operations.
- Hands-on experience working with the Inovalon Clearinghouse preferred.
- Knowledge of healthcare claims and payment processes.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
