- Lead the development and refinement of business process documentation to ensure clarity and usability.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to align project goals and deliverables.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their professional growth.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending effective solutions.
