Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Account Manager to manage and maintain relationships with existing customers. The candidate should have experience in sales, marketing, business development, or customer relationship handling. The role involves client coordination, ensuring customer satisfaction, business growth from existing accounts, and maintaining long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and handle existing customer accounts.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure timely support.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of client requirements.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services/products.
- Follow up with customers regarding renewals, payments, and service feedback.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and account updates as required.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
Required Skills
- Good communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of sales and business development processes.
- Strong follow-up and customer handling abilities.
Preferred Experience
- Candidates with experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Customer Handling/Relationship Management.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in:
- Publishing Industry
- Software Industry
- Education Industry
Educational Qualification
MBA preferred
OR
Postgraduate in Mathematics / Science / Computers
