About the Role
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphics & Video Editor Intern who is passionate about visual storytelling. The ideal candidate should have a good eye for design, basic video editing skills, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. This internship offers hands-on experience working on real-world marketing campaigns, social media content, and branding projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging social media posts, banners, thumbnails, and marketing creatives.
- Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Create motion graphics, animations, and visual effects where required.
- Assist in developing branding materials, presentations, and promotional assets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create compelling visual content.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all designs.
- Organise and manage design assets and project files.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and editing techniques.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with Figma is an added advantage.
- Understanding of colour theory, typography, and layout design.
- Basic knowledge of video editing, transitions, audio syncing, and motion graphics.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience creating social media content.
- Knowledge of AI design tools is a plus.
- Basic photography or videography skills are an advantage.
- Portfolio showcasing design and/or video editing work.
