Guidance Plus is looking for a proactive and student-focused Academic Counselor for Domestic Admissions to guide students through the admission process and help them choose suitable academic programs. The candidate should have strong communication, counseling, and follow-up skills to achieve admission targets and ensure a smooth student experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, admission procedures, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities.
- Handle student inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, walk-ins, and online platforms.
- Follow up with prospective students regularly for registrations, documentation, and admissions.
- Maintain proper student records and update CRM or admission portals regularly.
- Assist students in selecting suitable academic programs based on their interests and qualifications.
- Coordinate with internal departments for admission processing and enrollment completion.
- Support students throughout the admission process until successful joining.
- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets set by management.
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
