Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Key Account Management Manager to manage and grow our presence across leading e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other relevant platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in product listing, catalog management, inventory coordination, and platform operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day account performance and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end operations of key e-commerce accounts (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.)
- Create, optimize, and manage product listings including titles, descriptions, images, keywords, and attributes
- Handle catalog creation, catalog corrections, and category mapping as per platform guidelines
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, stock availability, and replenishment planning to avoid stock-outs or overstocking
- Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, finance, marketing) for smooth order fulfillment and operations
- Track sales performance, visibility, and account health metrics
- Resolve platform-related issues such as listing suppression, pricing errors, catalog conflicts, and account tickets
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and SOPs
- Support promotional activities, deals, and campaigns on marketplaces
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, or similar ecommerce platforms
- Strong knowledge of listing, cataloging, inventory management, and platform dashboards
- Familiarity with seller portals, backend operations, and performance metrics • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple SKUs
- Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel
- Good communication and coordination skills
