A reputed education institute is looking for an edtech-experienced tele-sales executive
Job Description:
- Handling inbound communication via various means in a professional manner.
- Attentive listening to understand the caller's needs and address concerns.
- Resolving customer inquiries and requests student's satisfaction
- Working with the marketing team to provide screening of leads and give it to the requisite Sales concerned superiors.
- Ability to convince potential callers and to convince them
Candidate Profile:
- 1-3 years of experience in tele sales
- Edtech industry experience would be an advantage, but is not necessary.
- Preference will be given who handled Edtech Tele calling
- Must be fluent in Telugu & English
- Additional south Indian language added advantage
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,766.31 per month
