Position: Telecaller
Location: Near Pathankot Bypass
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Experience Required: 2–3 years in calling/telecalling
Salary: Best in industry
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound and inbound customer calls
- Follow up with clients professionally
- Maintain customer data and call records
- Explain company services and resolve queries
- Coordinate with team members for daily updates
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Confidence in customer handling
- Basic computer knowledge preferred
- Positive and professional attitude
