Nap Chief is a growing D2C kidswear brand based in Coimbatore. We're looking for someone sharp with ops, tracking, and automation to work closely with the founder on projects that keep the business running smoothly.
What you'll do
- Build and manage trackers, reports, and dashboards for the founder
- Automate repetitive Excel/Sheets workflows to save time
- Coordinate with different teams to get projects moving
- Take on new projects as the business needs them — no two weeks look the same
What we need
- Minimum 1 year of experience in ops, business analysis, or similar
- Strong in Excel/Google Sheets; bonus if you know automation tools (N8N, Zapier, etc.)
- Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) in daily work
- Self-starter — can take a task and run with it without much hand-holding
- Based in Coimbatore
Nice to have
- Experience building something on your own (a project, a venture, an initiative)
- Exposure to startup or fast-paced work environments
