We are expanding our Securities and Transaction Management teams in Bangalore and Hyderabad and are looking for experts who can manage the full lifecycle of a trade—from security creation to corporate action processing. Position Overview In this role, you will be responsible for the accuracy and integrity of our trading infrastructure. You will handle the end-to-end setup of securities, manual trade bookings, and the maintenance of critical reference data. Furthermore, you will play a key role in Asset Servicing, ensuring that Corporate Actions are managed accurately across various asset classes.Key Responsibilities
- Securities Management: Oversee the creation of new securities and the manual booking of trades within our core systems.
- Reference Data Maintenance: Update and maintain associated reference data and attributes, ensuring all "Golden Source" information is current.
- Asset Servicing: Manage the lifecycle of Corporate Actions across multiple asset classes (Equities, Fixed Income, etc.).
- Exception Handling: Identify, investigate, and resolve transaction-level exceptions to ensure seamless downstream processing.
- Data Integrity: Ensure general reference data is maintained to the highest standards to prevent settlement or valuation errors.
Qualifications & Skills
- Must-Have:
- Strong experience in Middle Office Operations or Investment Operations.
- Hands-on knowledge of Securities & Transaction Management.
- Experience in Asset Servicing and Corporate Action processing.
- Proficiency in managing and updating Reference Data attributes.
- Ability to resolve complex operational exceptions independently.
