Storyhouse Media is a story-led revenue growth agency working with independent hospitality and lifestyle brands across the UK.
We are hiring an experienced Social Media Manager who understands luxury branding, refined aesthetics and commercially effective content.
The Role
You will manage the complete social media presence of multiple client accounts across hospitality and premium lifestyle sectors.
The role includes strategy, content planning, graphic design, copywriting, publishing, community management and performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and other relevant platforms
- Create monthly content calendars and campaign plans
- Design premium graphics, carousels, stories and branded assets
- Write polished, brand-appropriate captions and campaign copy
- Coordinate photography, videography and content production
- Schedule and publish content across client accounts
- Maintain strong visual consistency for every brand
- Manage comments, messages and community engagement
- Track performance and provide monthly insights
- Manage multiple accounts, deadlines and approvals professionally
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional social media management experience
- Experience with luxury, hospitality, lifestyle, fashion, travel or premium brands
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-end visual and creative work
- Excellent graphic design, typography and visual storytelling skills
- Experience managing multiple client accounts
- Strong copywriting, communication and organisational skills
- Good understanding of analytics and commercial performance
This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone with genuine experience in luxury and premium brand communication.
