Key Responsibilities
- Guest Services: Greet guests warmly, manage reservations, and process check-ins/check-outs.
- Communication: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails.
- Administration: Handle bookings, maintain clean reception areas, and perform data entry.
- Problem Resolution: Resolve guest inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally.
- Security & Safety: Monitor front desk security, control access, and maintain confidentiality.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software (Eg. IDs and Winhms)
- Soft Skills: Strong verbal/written communication, multitasking abilities, and a professional demeanor.
- Flexibility: Ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
