Job Summary:
A CRM Executive is responsible for managing customer relationships, maintaining customer databases, improving customer engagement, and supporting retention and loyalty initiatives. They use CRM systems to track customer interactions, analyze customer behavior, and develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1 year Experience in customer relationship management, sales support, or customer service.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
