We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to lead the execution and delivery of DrishtiNova’s Product & Technology roadmap.
This role acts as the operational backbone of the technology organisation by coordinating engineering, QA, infrastructure, vendors, and product initiatives. The Technical Program Manager is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, risks are proactively managed, and progress is visible through effective planning, governance, and reporting.
Role Summary
The Technical Program Manager owns the day-to-day execution of the Product & Technology function.
The role is responsible for delivery planning, Agile execution, vendor management, release coordination, backlog governance, technical reporting, documentation management, and cross-functional communication. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering, QA, infrastructure, product management, and external technology partners to ensure predictable and high-quality delivery.
Key ResponsibilitiesDelivery & Program Management
- Own the overall Product & Technology delivery roadmap.
- Track milestones, dependencies, and delivery risks.
- Drive execution across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Escalate blockers and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain overall visibility of project health.
Agile Delivery
- Own and administer Jira projects and workflows.
- Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
- Ensure backlog items are prioritised, estimated, and ready for development.
- Track sprint progress and delivery metrics.
Vendor Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for external technology vendors.
- Coordinate daily follow-ups and delivery reviews.
- Track action items, timelines, and open issues.
- Escalate delivery risks where required.
- Ensure vendor commitments are achieved.
Release & Defect Management
- Coordinate release planning and deployment activities.
- Manage defect triage and prioritisation.
- Track defect resolution until closure.
- Maintain release readiness and launch checklists.
Product & Backlog Governance
- Coordinate backlog grooming sessions.
- Ensure requirements are complete before development.
- Track roadmap progress.
- Manage dependencies between teams and initiatives.
Reporting & Governance
- Publish weekly Product & Technology status reports.
- Maintain project dashboards and executive summaries.
- Track risks, issues, decisions, and action items.
- Prepare progress updates for leadership.
Documentation
- Own Confluence documentation standards.
- Ensure technical documentation, meeting notes, release notes, and SOPs remain up to date.
- Maintain governance documents and project artefacts.
Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate communication between Product, Engineering, QA, Infrastructure, Content Operations, and Vendors.
- Organise regular project reviews and governance meetings.
- Ensure action items are tracked through to completion.
Continuous Improvement
- Improve delivery processes and team workflows.
- Drive adoption of automation and best practices.
- Recommend process improvements to increase delivery efficiency.
Required SkillsTechnical & Delivery Skills
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience managing software delivery programmes.
- Excellent knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
- Experience coordinating engineering, QA, infrastructure, and product teams.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, release management, and defect management.
- Experience managing third-party technology vendors.
- Excellent reporting and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
