Job Responsibilities:
As a Manufacturing Chemist, you will be an integral part of our production team responsible for producing various cosmetic formulations, including emulsions, suspensions, and surfactants. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Formulation Development: Collaborate with our experienced team to develop and refine cosmetic formulations that meet our quality and performance standards.
- Batch Production: Prepare, weigh, and mix raw materials according to specified formulations and manufacturing procedures.
- Quality Control: Conduct quality checks and tests throughout the manufacturing process to ensure product consistency and compliance with industry regulations.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all production activities, including batch records, inventory logs, and quality control reports.
- Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a clean and organized work environment to prevent accidents and product contamination.
- Continuous Improvement: Suggest process improvements, cost-saving measures, and innovations to enhance product quality and efficiency.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, quality assurance, and production, to meet production goals and project timelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field (B.Sc, M.Sc, or B.Pharm).
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and/or 1-3 years of experience are welcome.
- Strong interest in cosmetics manufacturing and formulation development.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) is a plus.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
