About the role
We are hiring a Counsellor cum Centre Head for our Sirsa branch. This is a dual-responsibility position — you will independently manage the branch's daily operations while also serving as the primary counsellor for students and families exploring overseas education and visa options. Ideal for someone with a counselling background who is ready to take on a leadership role.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Sirsa branch — team coordination, reporting, and compliance
- Counsel students and families on study visa (Canada, UK, Australia, Germany, New Zealand), MBBS Abroad, and work visa pathways
- Build and maintain local referral networks — schools, colleges, and community partners
- Achieve monthly enrollment targets and maintain a healthy, documented lead pipeline
- Conduct walk-in counselling sessions and systematic follow-ups via CRM
- Handle student documentation, application coordination, and pre-departure briefings
- Report to Cluster Head with weekly updates on branch performance
Requirements
- Master's degree in any discipline (international education, management, or related field preferred)
- 2–4 years of experience in overseas education counselling, immigration services, or a related field
- Prior experience managing a branch or centre is strongly preferred
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management is an advantage
