Objective:
The Head Renewable Product Delivery will lead end-to-end execution, installation, commissioning, and customer acceptance of renewable software products within the Renewable Plant Automation & Control domain.
This role is responsible for ensuring successful deployment of renewable plant software systems across multiple geographies, including India, Middle East (ME), and CIS countries. The position requires strong expertise in renewable energy components, industrial control systems, verification & validation processes, and commissioning standards to ensure high-quality, compliant, and timely project execution.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors or masters degree in electrical engineering, Power Systems, Automation, or related field.
8+ years of experience in renewable energy software product installation, commissioning, and delivery.
10+ years of experience in leadership position.
Proven experience handling renewable plant automation projects across multiple geographies.
Strong hands-on experience in FAT, SAT, UAT, and commissioning processes.
Technical Expertise
Renewable plant control systems and SCADA platforms
Energy Storage Systems (ESS/BESS) integration
Inverter and battery system integration
Industrial control systems (PLC, RTU, DCS)
Communication protocols (IEC 61850, Modbus, OPC, DNP3)
Grid code compliance and plant synchronization
Cybersecurity in industrial systems
Preferred Experience
Experience working across India, Middle East, and CIS renewable markets.
Exposure to hybrid renewable plants (Solar + Wind + Storage).
Experience in utility-scale projects.
Knowledge of international industrial standards and grid compliance requirementsp
