Profile Name – Senior Associate – Projects Intelligence - Team Managemnet & Operations.
We are looking for candidates with experience in construction project data research and analysis related to tenders, building plans, project sites, approval documents, companies, and sector data. The role involves handling project data, supporting client requirements, and guiding junior team members, while working towards becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME) across sectors such as residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, industrial, and infrastructure.
Responsibilities:-
- Work on construction project data collection, including but not limited to data/information related to tenders, building plans, project sites, approval documents, companies, sector-wise data, and data-gathering methodologies.
- Conduct detailed primary and secondary research on projects and be responsible for extracting, validating, and condensing information using various internet and proprietary sources.
- Handle assignments involving telephonic interactions with industry professionals to extract insights, validate project data, and ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Enter, review, and manage data in internal systems as per standard company processes to enable internal teams to evaluate datasets and deliver accurate information to clients.
- Work towards becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME) across multiple sectors such as residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, industrial, infrastructure, roads, etc., with a strong focus on construction data, quality assurance, and data mapping.
- Assist the client engagement and support team by addressing client queries, supporting problem resolution, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of data-driven insights.
- Ensure adherence to Biltrax’s established KPIs while managing data in accordance with client-specific requirements and quality standards.
- Should have experience in team handling and coordination, including guiding junior team members while ensuring smooth delivery of client requirements.
- Demonstrate strong client-handling skills by coordinating with clients, understanding requirements, sharing updates, and supporting client-facing deliverables when required.
- Exhibit effective management and organizational skills, including task prioritization, time management, cross-team coordination, and process improvement initiatives.
- Support team leads and managers in training, mentoring, and performance tracking of team members to ensure consistent quality and adherence to timelines.
