Job Description: The Business Development Officer will be responsible for generating new business and supporting branch growth through customer acquisition and sales of banking products. Key Responsibilities: Acquire new customers and promote Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, Deposits, and loan products. Conduct field visits and marketing activities to generate quality leads. Achieve monthly business targets set by the branch. Maintain good relationships with customers and provide product guidance. Ensure proper documentation and KYC compliance. Support the Branch Manager in achieving overall branch business goals.
Qualifications:
- Graduation in any discipline is mandatory.
- Two wheeler license is mandatory.
- Age limit is 30 for experienced for freshers age limit is 24.
- Good communication and sales skills.
- Prior experience in banking or field sales is preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
