The Role
We're hiring an SEO Executive (1–3 years) to own SEO execution across our retainer clients. This is a hands-on delivery role: on-page optimization, technical SEO, content briefs, and monthly reporting. Strategy and client communication stay with the founder, so you focus on doing the work well, not managing accounts. You'll ramp on a fully documented delivery system from day one, not tribal knowledge.
What you'll do
→ On-page optimization and keyword research across active client sites
→ Basic technical SEO audits and on-page fixes (through an approval gate)
→ Write clean content briefs and meta descriptions that don't sound robotic
→ Produce clear, client-ready monthly reports
→ Log your work and follow documented process
Must have
→ 1–3 years hands-on SEO experience
→ On-page optimization and keyword research
→ Google Search Console and GA4
→ Screaming Frog (or the ability to learn it fast)
→ Comfort following a documented process and managing your own task list
Nice to have
→ Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Ubersuggest
→ Comfort with AI tools — our entire SEO delivery runs on a Claude-based system, and you'll be working inside it daily

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
