Required for MT, HDD and Sewer Infrastructure Company in Gurugram, Haryana
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Can Deal with External Clients, PMCs and Third Party Inspectors
- Can Prepare Project Reports, Presentations etc as per the requirement of Client, PMCs etc
- Liaison and approvals from Civic Authorities, environmental bodies for Smooth Project Execution work
2. Execution Planning & Strategic Coordination
- Can Develop, Monitor and timely update the Master Project Schedule.
- Forecast and coordinate the deployment of specialised Machinery as per the Project Requirement.
- Project Coordination with Procurements, Operations, and Finance Department for smooth operations.
3. Site Execution & Technical Leadership
- Can Coordinate with Sites for smooth execution of Micro-tunneling and HDD works, ensuring strict adherence to the approved alignment, grade, and settlement limits.
- Troubleshooting: Provide immediate, high-level technical guidance to site engineers during critical events (e.g., encountering hard rock, machinery breakdowns, or managing fluid loss).
4. Commercial & Contractual Management
- Ensure all complete work must jointly measured and certified by the Client in a timely manner for RA Billing.
- Must have strong Understanding of the Project Contract for Scope variations etc.
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Academic Background: B.E. / B. Tech in Civil/Mechanical Engineering.
- Post Graduate Diploma in Construction Management from Reputed Institute is Essential.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of total experience in civil infrastructure. Good Knowledge of Project software MS Project, AutoCAD etc.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,885.09 per month
