Key Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, networking, and email campaigns.
Execute email marketing campaigns and develop effective messaging strategies to attract new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong client relationships while understanding their business needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with company goals.
Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive follow-ups and client engagement.
Provide insights on market trends, competitor activities, and client requirements.
Requirements
0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
Strong interest or proven experience in cold calling and lead generation.
Knowledge of email marketing tools and outreach strategies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of IT products/services and their business applications.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and achieve targets.
Strong interpersonal skills with emerging leadership qualities, including initiative, influence, and ownership.
