Job Summary
The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and promoting the company's ceramic tiles and bathware products in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Identify and develop new dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct market surveys and analyze competitors' activities.
- Promote ceramic tiles and bathware products to architects, builders, contractors, and institutional clients.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Prepare daily visit reports and sales reports.
- Participate in exhibitions, promotional activities, and product launches.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide after-sales support.
- Implement sales and marketing strategies as directed by management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field.
- 1–5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the ceramic tiles, bathware, sanitaryware, or building materials industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Valid driving license is preferred.
