Ensure Reception Area Is Tidy And Presentable, With All Necessary Stationery And Material (E.G. Pens, Forms And Brochures)
Provide Basic And Accurate Information To-Person And Via Phone/Email
Receive, Sort And Distribute Daily Mail/Deliveries
Maintain Office Security By Following Safety Procedures And Controlling Access Via The Reception Desk (Monitor Logbook)
Order Front Office Supplies And Keep Inventory Of Stock
Update Calendars And Schedule Meetings
Arrange Travel And Accommodations And Prepare Vouchers.
Requirements-
Associate’s Or Bachelor’s Degree In Any Field
Prior Experience As A Receptionist Or In A Related Field Upto 1 - 2 Years
Consistent, Professional Dress, And Manner
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills
Competency In Microsoft Applications Including Word, Excel, And Outlook
Good Time Management Skills
Experience With Administrative And Clerical Procedures
Able To Contribute Positively As Part Of A Team, Helping Out With Various Tasks As Required.
