About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying the organization's hiring requirements, sourcing high-quality talent, and managing the recruitment process from requirement gathering to onboarding. The role requires strong stakeholder management, recruitment expertise, and the ability to hire candidates who align with the company's culture and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and identify the hiring requirements of various departments by coordinating with hiring managers.
- Develop recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent across different functions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, campus hiring, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Prepare and roll out offer letters, negotiate compensation within approved budgets, and coordinate the onboarding process.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases.
- Stay updated on industry hiring trends and recommend improvements to the recruitment process.
- Work closely with department heads to understand workforce planning and future hiring requirements.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS platforms.
- Good stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Strong sourcing and headhunting abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.

Salary Range: ₹4,00,000 – ₹5,00,000 per annum (based on experience and skills).
