Key Responsibilities
- Departmental Oversight: Supervise and coordinate across key hotel divisions, including the front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance. [1]
- Guest Experience: Monitor and enhance the guest journey from check-in to check-out, swiftly handling complaints and ensuring exceptional service. [1]
- Staff Management: Train, schedule, and motivate department heads and front-line employees to maximize productivity and maintain high morale. [1, 2]
- Financial & Budget Oversight: Manage daily budgets, track expenses, control inventory, and implement strategies to reduce costs while maintaining quality. [1]
- Quality & Compliance: Conduct routine property inspections and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and brand standards.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
