Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
- Convert leads into customers
- Maintain customer relationships and follow up regularly
- Handle inquiries, follow-ups, and customer feedback professionally.
Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Must be able to commute or relocate to Calicut
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
