What you'll actually do:
● Write long-form blog articles and guides (1500–3000+ words) on AI adoption, agentic AI, generative AI, IoT, and enterprise software topics, aimed at business decision-makers.
● Turn technical concepts (RAG pipelines, AI agents, workflow automation, cloud migration) into content a non-technical founder or ops leader can actually understand and act on.
● Write content designed to generate leads — not just traffic — with clear points of view and calls to action that make sense for a B2B buying journey.
● Research each topic properly: read source material, understand the technology, and where needed, talk to our team to get technical details right instead of guessing.
● Adapt case studies and internal project details into polished, publishable case study content.
● Follow SEO best practices (keyword targeting, structure, internal linking) without letting SEO override actual quality or readability.
● Take feedback from technical reviewers and editors and revise without ego or excessive back-and-forth.
● Meet agreed deadlines consistently — this is a content pipeline, not a one-off project.
Who you are:
● 2+ years writing B2B content for an IT, software, or tech company — agency-side or in-house, either is fine.
● You've specifically written about AI, agentic AI, generative AI, or workflow automation — not just "tech" in general. This is the core subject matter of the role, so direct experience here counts for a lot.
● You've written content that was explicitly built for lead generation (gated guides, comparison pages, bottom-of-funnel content) — not just top-of-funnel blog traffic.
● You've worked with or interviewed engineers/product teams to get technical facts right, rather than writing purely from secondary research.
● Comfortable researching and writing about technical topics (AI, Automation, etc.) without needing everything spoon-fed.
● Strong, clear English writing — no fluff, no filler sentences, no generic "In today's fast-paced digital world" openers.
● Can show 3-5 published samples of B2B tech content you personally wrote — not edited, not co-written, written.
● Understands basic on-page SEO (headings, keyword placement, meta descriptions) — not an SEO specialist, but not clueless either.
● Reliable with deadlines and communicates proactively if something's going to be late, rather than going quiet.
● Comfortable taking structured feedback and editing rounds without treating every note as a personal critique.
● You use AI tools like ChatGPT/Claude for research, outlining, or fact-checking — but your drafts are your own writing, not AI output with edits.
● You've written for US or other Western B2B audiences and understand tonal differences from Indian-market content.
