We are looking for an enthusiastic HR & Operations Intern who wants hands-on exposure to Human Resources, Recruitment, Employee Engagement, Operations Management, Documentation, and Business Administration.
This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and final-year students who want practical corporate experience and career growth in HR and Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other platforms.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Support onboarding and employee documentation.
- Assist in creating HR policies, employee letters, and internal communications.
Operations
- Manage internal operational trackers and reports.
- Coordinate with different departments for project and resource management.
- Assist in maintaining SOPs and process documentation.
- Support employee attendance, leave records, and compliance activities.
- Prepare MIS reports and operational dashboards.
- Help streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements Must Have
- Bachelor's degree or pursuing graduation (BBA, B.Com, BMS, MBA HR, MBA Operations, or related fields).
- Strong communication skills.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.
Good to Have
- Basicknowledge of HR processes.
- Experience with LinkedIn recruitment.
- Familiarity with ATS tools.
- Knowledge of documentation and reporting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,097.71 - ₹26,637.38 per month
