Job Summary
LifeCare Polyclinic is looking for dedicated and compassionate Nursing Staff to join our clinic team. Freshers are welcome to apply. The selected candidate will assist doctors during procedures, attend to patients, and support the smooth functioning of the clinic.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist doctors during clinical procedures and treatments.
- Attend to patients and provide basic nursing care.
- Check and record basic vital signs such as BP, pulse, temperature and SpO₂.
- Prepare patients for consultation and procedures.
- Assist with dressing, injections, wound care and other procedures as directed by the doctor.
- Maintain patient records and documentation.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper preparation of the procedure area.
- Handle and maintain basic medical equipment as instructed.
- Follow infection-control and safety protocols.
- Communicate politely and professionally with patients and their attendants.
- Coordinate with doctors and other clinic staff for patient care.
- Assist in maintaining adequate stock of medical supplies.
- Perform other nursing duties assigned by the clinic management or doctor.
Eligibility
- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient-friendly and responsible attitude.
- Ability to work as part of a clinical team.
