What are we looking for? • As a Trainer, you will • Facilitate new hire training with a high level of engagement with the Trust & • Safety team. • Follow objectives and client standards for job readiness goals. • Facilitate on-floor training to bridge product knowledge and skill gaps. • Serve as an advocate for the user community • Participate in process improvement initiatives that improve process, quality, • and efficiency of work • Participate in continuous training programs and workgroup discussions for • optimal development in the role
Roles and Responsibilities: • As a Trainer, you will work closely with those who • Review, classify and or remove, work with, view, or proactively engage with content according to client guidelines, using specific tools and channels • Understand and remain updated on changing client policies and guidelines • Investigate, resolve, and relay complex content issues to the broader Trust and Safety team • Strong coping, emotional resilience, and stress-management skills • Excellent comprehension and communication skills • Ability to perform duties objectively, devoid of inherent biases or • personal beliefs, in the best interest of client policies • Strong attention to detail • .
