Warehouse Supervisor – Cold Storage Facility
Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations in a cold storage facility, ensuring inventory accuracy, cold chain compliance, timely dispatches, team productivity, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Stock Control
- Manage receipt, storage, and dispatch of inventory.
- Maintain accurate records in WMS/ERP.
- Conduct stock audits and reconcile variances.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance.
Cold Storage Management
- Monitor storage temperatures and maintain logs.
- Ensure uninterrupted cold chain operations.
- Implement safe stacking and storage practices.
Team Leadership
- Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily tasks.
- Monitor productivity and operational discipline.
- Train teams on safety and cold storage procedures.
- Report damaged, expired, or non-compliant stock.
Receiving & Dispatch
- Verify inbound and outbound shipments.
- Ensure documentation and labelling accuracy.
- Coordinate efficient loading, unloading, and dispatch activities.
Operational Excellence
- Monitor daily warehouse activities and stock accuracy.
- Maintain warehouse hygiene and compliance standards.
- Resolve operational issues and submit daily reports.

Qualifications
- Graduate/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 1–3 years of warehouse experience, preferably in Cold Storage, FMCG, or Food Industry.

- Detail-oriented and process-driven.
- Comfortable working in temperature-controlled environments.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
