Product Marketing Manager
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Shift Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Work Mode: On-site (Thane)
Must-Haves for This Role
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing.
Experience: 3+ years of proven B2B marketing experience specifically within the HORECA sector.
Soft skills: Excellent communication skills (English) for clear, professional business interactions.
AI Fluency: Mandatory use of Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot), advanced prompting is a major plus.
Location: Candidates must be residing in Thane, Mumbai, or Navi Mumbai.
Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred (maximum 15 to 30 days notice period).
Key Responsibilities
- 3+ years of proven B2B product pitching and marketing experience specifically within the commercial cooking appliances.
- Outbound Campaigns: Run active outbound campaigns to find new commercial buyers and build a strong B2B sales pipeline.
- Field Work: Spend maximum time on the ground for client pitches, site visits, and cold evaluations across commercial business hubs.
- Live Product Demos: Set up and execute live physical product demonstration sessions directly for prospective commercial buyers.
- Exhibitions & Trade Shows: Manage end-to-end stall operations, branding, and face-to-face networking at hospitality and green energy expos.
- AI Tool Fluency: Use Generative AI tools (like ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot) fluently.
- Social Media & Product Branding: Promote the product across social media platforms to maximize digital brand visibility, create market awareness, and generate product inquiries.
Expectation:
Direct Revenue Contribution: Convert initial field leads into closed B2B sales orders to meet monthly company sales targets.
On-Field Presence: Spend your operational hours in the field pitching directly to HORECA clients.
Brand Visibility Champion: Take ownership of the company's digital image by personally sharing updates on LinkedIn and driving team engagement.
Compensation Package
Hike on current CTC, based strictly on industry experience, core skills, and technical evaluation.
