Role: Inside Sales Associate
Location: Gurgaon
Shift: Roster-Based / Evening Shift Flexibility Required
Experience: 2–6 Years
What we’re looking for:
✨ Strong English & Hindi communication skills
✨ Experience in Luxury / High AOV / Premium Sales
✨ Consultative or “Soft-Touch” selling approach
✨ Strong relationship-building & negotiation skills
✨ Ability to handle ₹50K–₹1L+ customer budgets confidently
✨ Cross-sell / Upsell mindset to maximize customer value
✨ Presentable, confident, and customer-focused personality
