Roles & Responsibilities
Visual Strategy & Creative Direction
- Define visual direction aligned with brand strategy, campaign objectives, and target audience.
- Ensure creative output supports brand positioning and communication goals.
- Approve visual concepts and styles.
Concept Development & Interpretation
- Collaborate with Copywriters on campaign ideas and messaging.
- Translate concepts into effective visual language and layouts.
- Strengthen ideas through constructive feedback.
Creative Execution Oversight
- Guide creative execution and review key campaign assets.
- Ensure high-quality output across all platforms.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and mentor Designers and Junior Art Directors.
- Provide clear direction, feedback, and support team growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Client Servicing and Account Planning teams.
- Support presentations and ensure strategic alignment.
Process & Delivery Management
- Maintain project workflows, file organization, and review processes.
- Ensure deadlines are planned and achieved.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and platforms.
- Encourage innovation and responsible experimentation.
Pay: ₹25,219.88 - ₹78,353.00 per month
