Role Objective
We are looking for a high-energy, strategic Lead Generation Specialist to drive our company's growth. Your primary goal is to identify, research, and engage potential B2B clients. You will be the first point of contact for many of our future customers, requiring a mix of persistence, professionalism, and savvy digital research skills.
## Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Research: Identify new target accounts and key decision-makers using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or other database tools.
Outbound Outreach: Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns including cold emailing, LinkedIn messaging, and strategic cold calling.
Qualification: Conduct initial discovery calls to ensure prospects meet our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and have a genuine need for our solution.
CRM Management: Maintain a meticulous record of all interactions in [Salesforce/HubSpot/Pipedrive], ensuring the sales pipeline is organized and up-to-date.
Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives to transition qualified leads and provide them with the context needed to close the deal.
Data Analysis: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) like conversion rates, email open rates, and meeting-set goals.
## Requirements & Skills
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development (SDR/BDR).
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You need to be able to write a "cold" email that doesn't feel cold.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software and sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Apollo, or Gong).
Persistence: A "hunter" mentality with the resilience to handle rejection and the creativity to find a way around gatekeepers.
Organization: The ability to manage a high volume of leads without letting anyone fall through the cracks.
## Performance Metrics (KPIs)

Total Qualified Leads (SQLs): The number of prospects that meet our criteria.
Conversion Rate: The percentage of outreach attempts that result in a booked meeting.
