01The actual work
What will you actually do as a Web Designer at CryptoMize?
01
Own the design of client web properties end-to-end — from creative concept through component-level specification and post-launch iteration
02
Establish and maintain design guidelines, standards, and best practices across the production design system every property shares
03
Test and improve the design of shipped websites against real user behavior — hierarchy fixes, conversion-path improvements, accessibility gaps
04
Conceptualize page and section designs with strategists and content leads, translating engagement objectives into visual architecture
05
Maintain the appearance of live properties by enforcing design-system consistency across every new surface a developer ships
06
Mentor design interns through live critique — their shipped-section quality is part of your deliverable
07
Carry the accessibility bar: WCAG-grade contrast, focus states, and responsive behavior from 390px upward on everything bearing your name
08
Own the post-launch design loop: measure what shipped, fix what underperforms, and fold every lesson back into the system before the next property inherits it
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Web Designer at CryptoMize you will conceptualize creative ideas with clients and strategists, then carry them through to shipped reality — testing and improving the design of websites in production, not in mockup purgatory. You establish design guidelines, standards, and best practices per engagement, and you maintain the appearance of live properties by enforcing them across every change that lands.
The role sits at the junction of judgment and system: dozens of properties share one component architecture, so every guideline you set multiplies across the whole portfolio. You will maintain appearance through enforcement — reviewing developer implementation against spec, catching drift, and folding recurring one-offs back into the system where they belong.
Designers here also carry the critique culture: running live reviews, mentoring the intern attached to each engagement, and certifying shipped-section quality. The cell promotes from its teachers, because the portfolio only grows as fast as the next designer does.
