We are seeking a proactive and customer-centric CRM – Post Sales professional to manage post-booking processes, customer service, and registration/possession coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Post-Sales Documentation:
- Handle end-to-end post-sales documentation, including agreement drafting, payment receipts, demand letters, and NOCs.
- Coordinate with internal legal and accounts teams for timely processing of documents.
- Ensure documentation complies with RERA and company policies.
Customer Interaction & Query Resolution:
- Serve as the single point of contact for customers after booking.
- Address and resolve queries related to payments, project updates, and documentation.
- Maintain professional communication and relationship with customers via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
Possession & Handover Process:
- Coordinate possession scheduling and ensure all pre-possession formalities are completed.
- Assist in snag list checks, possession documentation, and key handover.
- Collect and manage possession-related acknowledgements and records.
Registration Coordination:
- Coordinate the registration process of sale agreements with customers and legal consultants.
- Schedule appointments with sub-registrar offices and assist in necessary paperwork.
- Ensure timely follow-up for registration dues and customer documentation.
Record Keeping & Reporting:
- Maintain an updated CRM system with all customer records and communication.
- Prepare and share regular reports on pending documentation, possession, and registration statuses.
- Ensure smooth coordination with accounts, legal, and site teams for internal processes.
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in post-sales CRM in the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of real estate documentation, RERA compliance, and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Proficiency in MS Office,Excel and CRM tools.
