Job Title: Utility Operator
Job Summary:
Responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining utility equipment to ensure uninterrupted support for manufacturing operations while following safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate boilers, air compressors, chillers, cooling towers, DG sets, RO/softener plants, and utility systems.
Monitor pressure, temperature, water levels, and equipment performance.
Maintain daily utility log sheets and operational records.
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report major breakdowns.
Ensure continuous utility supply to production.
Follow SOPs, GMP, safety procedures, and permit systems.
Coordinate with maintenance and production teams for smooth operations.
Qualification:
ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Boiler trade.
2–5 years of experience in manufacturing utility operations.
Knowledge of boilers, compressors, chillers, cooling towers, DG sets, and water treatment systems.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
