Job Responsibilities Social Media Management
- Handle and manage all social media platforms including:
- Instagram
- Facebook
- LinkedIn
- YouTube
- Google Business Profile
- Twitter/X and other relevant platforms
- Create and maintain monthly social media calendars
- Schedule and publish posts regularly
- Increase followers, engagement, reach, and brand visibility
- Respond to comments, messages, and audience queries professionally
Content Creation
- Create engaging content including:
- Reels
- Posters
- Carousels
- Short videos
- Informative captions
- Promotional content
- Coordinate with internal teams for professional content ideas
- Stay updated with trending formats, hashtags, and viral concepts
- Basic video editing and graphic designing knowledge preferred
Paid Advertising & Lead Generation
- Run and optimize paid advertisements on:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads
- Generate quality leads through paid campaigns
- Monitor ad performance and prepare reports
- Improve ROI and conversion rates through strategic optimization
Branding & Marketing
- Build and maintain the company’s digital brand image
- Plan online marketing campaigns and awareness activities
- Assist in website content updates and SEO-related activities
- Analyze competitors and market trends
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Understanding of Instagram and Facebook algorithms
- Graphic designing tools knowledge (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
- Video editing skills preferred
- Good communication and content writing skills
- Creative mindset with marketing understanding
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or related field
- Certification in Digital Marketing will be an added advantage
